This page is open to all association members who would like to
provide a brief description of their family, hobbies, activities
and other interests.
Membership in
the Sherburne Civic Association is open to all residents of Sherburne
Road and associated side streets, Holly Lane, Pannaway Manor,
and those who live on or between Islington St. and Middle Road
from the Plains to the Route 1B Bypass bridges.
Membership dues
are $5 per family per year which goes toward planning community
events, special mailers outlining issues of community interest
and special projects.

National Night Out
Nearly 100 families
from the Pannaway Manor/Sherburne Rd. area of the Sherburne Civic
Association turned out for this year's National Night Out, held
Aug. 3 at the new Pannaway Park. The evening featured fun activities
for the kids, raffles, grilled delicacies and homemade desserts.
City Council Harrold Whitehouse, who had attended four other
neighborhood parties said the SCA party was the most well-attended
he had seen. Special thanks to the volunteers and organizers
who made this year's program a success.
